MOSCOW, April 27. /TASS/. An energy facility has been damaged in the northern Ukrainian region of Chernigov, Ratan Akhmetov, mayor of the city of Koryukovka, said.

"An energy facility has been destroyed; water supply and mobile service disruptions are possible," he wrote on social media.

The mayor added that some industrial facilities had also sustained damage.

An air raid warning was in effect for the region in the early hours of Monday.
