MOSCOW, March 12. /TASS/. A Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) dropped four explosive devices in Russia’s Belgorod Region disrupting power supplies in several residential settlements, Regional Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel on Tuesday.
"The Ukrainian armed forces attacked the Belgorod Region with the use of an UAV, which dropped four explosive devices," Gladkov stated. "There were no reported casualties, but electricity power lines suffered damage."
"Seven residential settlements were left without electricity supplies, namely the settlements of Yasnyye Zori, Cheremoshnoye, Ustinka, Lozovoye, Rovensk, Petrovka and Solovyovka," he said.
The governor added that the emergency and relief services would start their work on the elimination of the consequences as soon as they are granted an approval from the Russian Defense Ministry.
A fire erupted at a fuel and energy complex facility in the Russian city of Oryol after an attack by a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), Oryol Region Governor Andrey Klychkov said on his Telegram channel.
"An UAV struck Oryol. A fuel and energy complex facility was subjected to the attack. Special services work at the scene to contain the erupted fire. No casualties were reported," Gladkov stated.
