TASS, January 15. Air defense systems have downed three Ukrainian projectiles over the Fatezhsky District of the borderline Kursk Region, regional Governor Roman Starovoit said on his Telegram channel.

"According to preliminary information, air defense systems on duty have taken down three Ukrainian projectiles over the Fatezhsky District. Thanks to our defenders!" he wrote.

Earlier, Starovoit said that air defense systems had been activated over Kursk and the Kursk Region. The governor urged residents to stay calm.
