WASHINGTON, December 18. /TASS/. An unidentified driver rammed a car that belongs to US President Joe Biden’s motorcade; the head of state is unharmed, the White House press pool reports.

The driver rammed a motorcade SUV when the head of state and his spouse Jill Biden were leaving the Democrat campaign headquarters in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. According to the press pool reporters, a silver sedan with Delaware license plate rammed a vehicle that was covering the motorcade at a crossroads near the headquarters entrance.

According to reporters, the collision happened when the US president was standing next to his car. US Secret Service agents surrounded the sedan and aimed their guns at the driver; the driver surrendered.
