LUGANSK, March 5. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops deliberately targeted a drinking water distributions outlet in Lisichanks, one civilian was killed, the city’s administration said on Sunday.

"Civilians were waiting for a car with drinking water. The strike deliberately targeted them," it wrote on its Telegram channel.

As a result, one civilian was killed, seven more were wounded.
