S&P revises Russia’s outlook to stable from negative

S&P upgrades Russia’s sovereign credit rating forecast to ‘stable’ from ‘negative’

MOSCOW, September 16. /TASS/. Standard & Poor's (S&P) has upgraded Russia’s sovereign credit rating outlook to ‘stable’ from ‘negative’ on abating external risks, the coutrny’s ratings have been affirmed at ‘BB+’, the rating agency said in a press release on Friday.

S&P expects increase of Russia’s consolidated budget deficit to 4.1% of GDP in 2016 from 3.5% in 2015.
