As of 12:14 p.m. Moscow time, gold prices fell by 2.89% to $4,549.7 per troy ounce.

By 12:50 p.m. Moscow time, the decline in futures accelerated, with gold trading at $4,535.4 per troy ounce, down 3.2%.
