US licensed Hungary’s MOL to buy oil from Lukoil for one year — Bloomberg

The Russian oil is supplied to Hungary over the Druzhba oil pipeline

NEW YORK, November 25. /TASS/. The United States granted a carveout from sanctions to MOL until November 21, 2026, Bloomberg reported, citing a Treasury's document.

The Hungarian oil and gas company is greenlighted to buy oil from the sanctioned Russian oil major Lukoil, which is supplied over the Druzhba oil pipeline.

On October 22, the US sanctioned Russian oil majors Rosneft, Lukoil and their subsidiaries.
