Wildberries to finalize restructuring in two months — founder

According to Tatiana Kim, new areas, projects and products being added

MOSCOW, June 17. /TASS/. Restructuring of Wildberries and Russ united company has been completed overall, though about two months will be needed for certain processes, founder of the Russian e-commerce company and chief executive of the united company Tatiana Kim told TASS in the run-up to the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

"It [restructuring] is still being polished. The consolidation definitely served as a catalyst for restructuring but, fundamentally, any company needs sooner or later to build up and systematize all these things, the employee’s RNA, portrait, the company’s mission, what we work for, what we want. Now, I think, we will need about two months more to finalize it inside the teams," she said.

Those changes are not final, with the company constantly changing, new areas, projects and products being added, Kim noted. "So it is an endless process but all business processes required in particular for proper functioning of the portion of business responsible for the marketplace, all of them have already been built," the chief executive added.

The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) will take place on June 18-21. This year, the event will be held under the theme "Shared Values: The Foundation of Growth in a Multipolar World." Thematic zones such as the 'Territory of Innovations' and the national brand space 'Buy Russian!' will operate at the Forum.

The program includes the SME Forum, the Creative Industries Forum, the Day of the Future International Youth Economic Forum, the Drug Security Forum, and the Roscongress Urban Hub discussion platform. As part of the cultural program, the Petersburg Seasons festival will be held, and the SPIEF Sports Games will take place.

The Roscongress Foundation is the organizer of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. TASS is its information partner.
