MOSCOW, December 20. /TASS/. Transneft's long-term development program until 2028 reaches around 1.5 trillion rubles ($16.57 bln), Transneft CEO Nikolay Tokarev said in an interview with Rossiya-24 TV channel.

"For the next five years, until 2028, the long-term development program of Transneft includes around 1.5 trillion rubles," he said.

Transneft has also implemented a 100% import substitution program, with 97% of the company's equipment being domestically produced.
