Sibur increases its share on Turkish market of polymers to more than 20% – top manager

The company said that "came to this market seriously and for a long time"

MOSCOW, January 30. /TASS/. Sibur has increased its share in the Turkish petrochemical market in the segment of polymers to more than 20%, a member of the management board and the executive director of the Russian petrochemical company Sergey Komyshan said in an interview with TASS.

"We are quite successful in placement [of our products] on the Turkish market. We have significantly increased our share on this market, for polymers it is already more than 20%. We believe that we have come to this market seriously and permanently," he said.

Earlier in an interview with TASS, Komyshan noted that the company had successfully redirected sales from the European market. In particular, Sibur sees the countries of Southeast Asia as a promising market for its products.
