The Russian Armed Forces make very effective use of their capabilities, particularly in the spheres of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), missile strikes, and air defense systems, Hero of Russia Yevgeny Poddubny, leader on the United Russia party’s election list, war reporter and deputy director general of the VGTRK broadcaster, said in an interview with TASS Director General Andrey Kondrashov, aired on the Vesti news program.
"In terms of the intensity of the fighting and the total number of forces and resources - both ours and the enemy’s, and, of course, in the fact that the people fighting speak the same language. Russia currently has the most combat-ready and powerful army in the world, one that possesses the highest level of expertise in the use of combat drones. We can now see just how complex the battle between anti-missile systems and missiles is, and how effectively the Russian army is utilizing modern capabilities.
"We are head and shoulders above the enemy in terms of the quality of our firepower. Because if you compare the results of use of our weapons, they are incomparable," said Poddubny, answering a question about the main difference between the special military operation and previous conflicts in which he had worked.
