RIYADH, February 11. /TASS/. Russia’s newest Goliath 2.0 and Karakurt 2.0 reconnaissance drones have been launched into series manufacturing, a spokesperson for the Kalashnikov Group told TASS at the World Defense Show 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

"We are continuously improving the products used along the line of contact; this process is going nonstop. Specifically, at the recent UMEX 2026 Exhibition in Abu Dhabi, Kalashnikov presented upgraded versions of the Karakurt 2.0 and Goliath 2.0 unmanned aerial vehicles, which were improved based on feedback we received from combatants. Both products have already entered serial production," the company said.

The Kalashnikov Group’s spokesperson emphasized that combat experience in the special military operation zone in Ukraine "is one of our competitive advantages today." "The group’s equipment is regularly being improved based on input from the military using it in combat. All foreign customers understand this perfectly well, and Kalashnikov is, in many ways, a priority partner for them thanks to this experience, as well as regular upgrading of our equipment," he added.
