Kalashnikov to display Lotos gun at IDEX show

The engine has a capacity of 450 HP and the fuel range is at least 500 km

MOSCOW, February 6. /TASS/. The Kalashnikov Company said it would for the first time display its 120mm prospective self-propelled Lotos artillery gun at IDEX 2025 show in Abu Dhabi.

"120mm self-propelled Lotos artillery gun designed by the Central Institute of Precision Machine-Building (TsNIItochmash) will be for the first time demonstrated to foreign specialists at IDEX 2025 show in the United Arab Emirates on February 17-21," it said.

Lotos weighs 18 tons. The maximum speed is 70 km/h. The engine has a capacity of 450 HP and the fuel range is at least 500 km. The crew comprises four men. The firing range is 13 km. The undercarriage is unified with BMD-4M. The vehicle is armed with 120mm gun with automatic operation.
