OPCW mum on evidence of Kiev's violations of Chemical Weapons Convention — top brass

Igor Kirillov pointed out that the investigation of all these incidents had been carried out in accordance with OPCW requirements with the use of field and stationary laboratories

MOSCOW, February 19. /TASS/. "In all of these cases, the necessary evidence base is available and has been submitted to the OPCW Technical Secretariat. Four months later, there has been no response from the Organization to the evidence we have provided about Ukraine's violations of the Convention," Kirillov said at a Russian Defense Ministry briefing on violations by the US and Ukraine of the requirements of the CWC.
