MOSCOW, November 25. /TASS/. Up to 290 Ukrainian troops have been killed or wounded in the Donetsk area in 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

"In the Donetsk area, Battlegroup South units together with aviation and artillery delivered a strike on groups of servicemen from Ukraine’s 22nd and 28th mechanized brigades," the statement said.

According to the military agency, the adversary’s total losses in that area amounted up to 290 servicemen killed or wounded, three vehicles, D-20 and D-30 howitzers as well as a Bukovel electronic warfare system.
