Russian troops thwart five attempts by Ukrainian forces’ to land on left bank of Dnieper

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, as a result of combat operations, the enemy’s daily losses amounted to up to 130 military personnel killed and wounded

MOSCOW, November 6. /TASS/. Russian forces thwarted five attempts by Ukrainian troops to land on the left bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson area in the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

"In the Kherson area, five enemy attempts to land on the left bank of the Dnieper River were thwarted with enemy forces suffering a fire defeat. Up to 130 enemy troops were killed or wounded in one day; the enemy also lost three motor vehicles," the statement reads.

In addition, Ukraine lost a US-made M777 artillery system, a D-20 howitzer and three D-30 systems.
