Kiev uses potential of Western intelligence in plotting terror attacks in Russia — Putin

The head of state noted terror attacks against officials and members of law enforcement, journalists, public figures and school and college instructors and demanded to ensure the utmost security of the new regions’ residents

MOSCOW, April 5. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin thinks that Western intelligence is involved in plotting the Kiev regime’s terrorist attacks on Russian soil.

"Neo-Nazis and their accomplices are operating not only in the Federation’s new subject entities but are also committing crimes in [Russia’s] other regions. There are all grounds to assert that the potential of third countries, of Western secret services, is involved in such acts of sabotage and terrorism," the Russian leader said at a meeting of the Russian Security Council on Wednesday.

Putin noted the ruthless actions of the Kiev regime which delivers strikes on civilians. "The situation in these regions (Russia’s four new regions - TASS) remains tense, the Kiev regime continues to commit grave crimes against the civilians living there, does not spare anyone, delivers rocket, artillery, mortar strikes on towns and villages," he said.
