MOSCOW, June 20. /TASS/. Russian Pacific Fleet squadron replenished its water and fuel from a supply vessel in the Philippine Sea, Pacific Fleet press office said Monday.

The ships operate in the Asia Pacific Region after naval drills in a remote naval area. The squadron practices joint maneuvering in Philippine and East China Seas with air defense, submarine search and cooperation with the Pacific Fleet aviation. The missions are beign carried out within the framework of planned events.

"The Pacific Fleet squadron, comprised of the Marshal Krylov control ship, Marshal Shaposhnikov frigate, large anti-submarine ship Admiral Panteleyev and corvettes, replenished its water and fuel resource in the Philippine Sea. The refueling was carried out by the Pechenga medium sea tanker," the press office said.
