MOSCOW, March 21. /TASS/. Beijing calls upon all nations to cooperate with each other rather than engaging in confrontation, Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui said in an interview with TASS.
"In the modern world, everything is closely connected with each other. China has always believed that all parties should unite, not separate; cooperate, not resist; be open, not closed; protect their own interests and at the same time take the interests of others into account; promote common development along with achieving their own development; create an international, market and legal environment for trade and economic cooperation; [and] promote the development of economic globalization in a more inclusive and beneficial direction for all," the head of the Chinese diplomatic mission said.
He stressed that China will continue to "steadily promote openness to the outside world at a high level, together with the rest of the world, create the future and achieve the common progress of nations."
