US-led coalition’s aircraft violate Syrian airspace six times

MOSCOW, February 29. /TASS/. Aircraft belonging to the US-led antiterrorism coalition made six unauthorized incursions into Syria’s airspace over the al-Tanf area in the past 24 hours, Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit, deputy chief of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Opposing Parties in Syria, said.

"Six violations by the coalition’s pair of Typhoon fighter jets, pair of F-16 fighter jets and pair of A-10 Thunderbolt attack aircraft were recorded in the al-Tanf area over the past 24 hours," Kulit said during a briefing.

Two shelling attacks by the Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist group (banned in Russia) against the Syrian government forces’ positions were recorded in the Idlib province in the past day.
