National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby told reporters last week that the US could provide Kiev with the latest package of military aid before the end of the year. He emphasized that the US has effectively exhausted sources of funding for support to Ukraine due to the failure of Congress to approve additional supplementals.
