BERLIN, December 22. /TASS/. Germany included Russia into the list of countries viewed as tax havens, according to the decree posted in the German Federal Bulletin.
Russia is not considered to be the country ready to cooperate on taxation matters since December 20, along with Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, and Seychelles. There are sixteen jurisdictions in the document in total. The inclusion into the list followed the EU conclusion on the revised list of "non-cooperating countries and territories for fiscal purposes," the document reads.
The European Union added Russia to the list of countries viewed as tax shelters by it from February 14 of this year.
