TEL AVIV, November 28. /TASS/. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Tuesday that it had been informed by the Red Cross that a group of 12 hostages who were released from the Gaza Strip are on their way to Israel.
"Based on information that was received from the Red Cross, 12 hostages - including ten Israelis and two foreign nationals - are on their way toward Israeli territory," it said.
"A short while ago, Red Cross representatives transferred the 12 hostages to Egypt. The released hostages' convoy is currently making its way through Egypt to the meeting point with our soldiers at Kerem Shalom," the IDF said. "Security representatives will verify the identity of the released hostages at the meeting point.".
