Many questions for upcoming Putin’s Q&A session involve special op — Kremlin spokesman

MOSCOW, December 13. /TASS/. The special military operation in Ukraine and the international situation are among the main topics of people questions for Vladimir Putin’s December 14 combined Direct Line Q&A session and year-end press conference, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced.

When asked by the Channel 1, which topics and questions Russian people, who send their questions for the upcoming event, consider a priority, the spokesman said: "Naturally, the complicated international situation, […] the special military operation."

"Of course, this is what concerns the people of Russia," he added.

According to Peskov, the upcoming press conference will feature "a display of an absolutely extraordinary consolidation of the society around the president’s ideas, around his nomination as a presidential candidate." The spokesman noted that these topics also cause "explosive interest" among the Russians.

He noted that people also ask question about the economy.

"People are interested over our safety margin, over social aspects, whether all support programs in various areas will continue," he said.
