Air defense systems intercept 15 Ukrainian drones over two Russian regions — top brass

MOSCOW, April 7. /TASS/. Russia’s air defense systems have intercepted and wiped out 15 Ukrainian drones over the borderline Belgorod and Bryansk regions, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"On April 7, around 4 p.m. Moscow time (1 p.m. GMT - TASS), an attempt by the Kiev regime was thwarted to carry out a terrorist attack using fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles on targets in the Russian Federation. Air defense systems on duty intercepted and eliminated 15 Ukrainian drones over the Belgorod (12 drones) and Bryansk (3 drones) regions," the military agency said.
