BELGOROD, March 19. /TASS/. The number of victims wounded from shelling of the Belgorod Region by the Ukrainian armed forces reached four, with two teenagers among them, regional Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel.
"Regrettably, the number of victims has reached four. A 15-year-old boy in the village of Razumnoye received numerous shrapnel injuries to the soft tissues of his torso, as well as to his upper and lower extremities. He was brought to the regional children’s hospital by ambulance, and is receiving all necessary medical care," Gladkov wrote.
Earlier, the governor reported that three people had been injured in the Belgorod Region due to the Ukrainian armed forces’ shelling. Two people, namely a 14-year-old teenager and his mother received various shrapnel wounds in the village of Razumnoye. In addition, one more woman suffered in the village.
Gladkov specified that at that time damage was recorded on 13 private residences in Razumnoye. Windows were broken in eight multifamily houses, and balconies were also damaged. Windows were also broken in a school and a kindergarten; 19 cars were damaged. He added that windows were broken in one private residence and one apartment in a multifamily house in the village of Nikolskoye. In addition, the roof of an industrial building was damaged. The facade of a private residence and the roof of a garage were damaged in the village of Nizhny Olshanets. The shelling also damaged the glazing at one private residence in the village of Belovskoye.
