MOSCOW, February 29. /TASS/. Russia is ready for dialogue with all interested countries and associations on creating a new pattern of equal and indivisible security in Eurasia, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his annual address to the Federal Assembly on Thursday.
"It is obvious that it is necessary to work on forming a new pattern of equal and indivisible security in Eurasia in the foreseeable future," Putin said.
"We are ready for a substantive talk on this topic will all interested countries and associations," the head of state said.
"I will emphasize this again as I think it is important for everyone today. A stable world order is impossible without a sovereign, strong Russia," the head of state stressed.
"We seek to unify the efforts by the global majority to address global challenges, among them rapid transformations of the world economy, trade, finances and technological markets when many former monopolies and related stereotypes are crumbling," the Russian leader said.
"In particular, BRICS countries will generate about 37% of global GDP already in 2028, taking into account the states that have become the association’s members recently whereas the G7 figure will drop below 28%. These figures are very convincing, considering that the situation was quite different some 10-15 years ago. I spoke about that publicly. But these are the trends, do you understand?" Putin said.
World trends are objective and you cannot get away from them, the head of state stressed.
"By 2028, the situation will change even more. BRICS will account for 36.6%. The 2028 forecast for the G7 is 27.8%. You can’t get away from it," Putin said.
"This is objective reality. This will be the case, no matter what happens, even in Ukraine," the Russian president said.
