MOSCOW, December 10. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Sunday he was unable to attend personally the Doha forum due to ‘particular circumstances.’
"I thank you all for the invitation. I really planned to be with you today, but the life is full of circumstances and I appreciate you understanding them," Lavrov told the forum’s participants in an on-line format.
Russia’s top diplomat said he was unable to take a look at the agenda of the forum’s previous sessions.
"I believe that you have discussed the multi-polar world order, which is likely to emerge following the 500-year-old dominance of the West," Lavrov said.
