Russia, US to have to resume dialogue, states responsible for global stability – Kremlin

According to the press secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov, relations between Moscow and Washington are now at zero

MOSCOW, November 5. /TASS/. The relations between Russia and the US are at zero, though the sides will have to resume dialogue in the future, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with Rossiya-1 TV channel’s journalist Pavel Zarubin.

"The relations are at zero or, I would say, rather below zero. But nevertheless, since both the US and [Russia] have special responsibility for global stability and strategic stability, we will have to resume this conversation one way or the other in the future," according to an excerpt of the interview published on Zarubin’s Telegram channel.
