MOSCOW, March 22. /TASS/. The Kremlin is not looking at establishing a structure that would reshape or reorganize local authorities in Ukraine’s liberated territories, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.

"No structures are being set up on this matter," he told reporters when asked a corresponding question.

He refrained from going into detail and readdressed the question to the Russian defense ministry. "They are in charge of the special military operation," he explained.
