DONETSK, December 28. /TASS/. Ukraine’s armed forces have shelled residential areas in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) 54 times over the past 24 hours with two civilians sustaining wounds, the DPR mission at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to Ukrainian War Crimes (JCCC) said in a statement.
"Over the past 24 hours, the mission has recorded 54 instances of fire opened by Ukraine’s armed formations. Information on two wounded civilians was received," the statement said.
As a result of Ukrainian shelling attacks, four residential buildings were damaged in Donetsk as well as nine civilian infrastructure facilities in the area. Ukrainian troops also shelled Gorlovka, Yasinovataya and the Yasinovatsky District in the DPR, firing more than 174 rounds of various munitions, including those with cluster warheads.
