KHABAROVSK, November 30 (Itar-Tass) — Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin has become member of the company’s new Board of Directors, elected at a special meeting of shareholders on Friday, it was announced at the shareholders’ meeting in Khabarovsk.
On the Board of Directors Sechin has replaced the former head of Rosneft, Eduard Khudainatov. The remaining members of the Board of Directors of Rosneft have been re-elected to the new Board.
Thus, the new Board of Directors includes: Chairman of the Board of JSC Bank of Moscow Mikhail Kuzovlev, Vice President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Nekipelov, Deputy Director General of the Russian Technologies (Rostekhnologii) State Corporation Dmitry Shugayev, President of United Capital Partners Advisory Ilya Shcherbovich, Managing Director of Nord Stream AG Matthias Warnig, Vice President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Nikolai Laverov, member of the Board of Directors of Rosneft Hans Rudloff, Senior Vice President of VTB Bank Sergei Shishin.
