Fuel inventories in Russia higher than last year — Novak

The Russian government is now working with companies to ensure full capacity utilization of refineries, the deputy prime minister pointed out

MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. Current fuel inventories in Russia are higher than the last-year figure, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on the air with the Rossiya-24 TV Chanel.

"We have sufficient balances; they are higher than in prior years. We will continue monitoring the situation," Novak said.

The Russian government is now working with companies to ensure full capacity utilization of refineries, the official said. "We are now working in order to provide for full capacity utilization of refineries in cooperation with companies. The situation is stable," the deputy prime minister said.
