Gazprom Neft Board to discuss 9M dividends on November 8

In late June 2023, the meeting of Gazprom Neft shareholders approved the Board recommendation to pay 2022 dividends amounting to $0.89 per share subject to interim dividends

MOSCOW, November 7. /TASS/. The Board of Directors of Gazprom Neft will consider convocation of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, its agenda and recommendations on paying dividends for nine months of 2023 on November 8, the Russian oil major said.

In late June 2023, the meeting of Gazprom Neft shareholders approved the Board recommendation to pay 2022 dividends amounting to 81.94 rubles ($0.89) per share subject to interim dividends of 69.78 rubles ($0.75) per share.

The corporate dividend policy implies payments of dividends to shareholders amounting to at least 50% of the net income according to consolidated financial statements data.
