Russia’s electricity generation grows by around 1%

According to Russian Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov, this means that Russia has adapted to all sanctions restrictions

MOSCOW, November 4. /TASS/. The growth in electricity generation in Russia currently reaches around 1%, Russian Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov said in an interview with Rossiya-24 TV channel.

"In terms of electricity, consumption is growing. Production is growing by about 1%, so we see development. This means that we have adapted to all sanctions restrictions," he said.

Deputy Minister of Energy Evgeny Grabchak told TASS earlier that the growth of energy consumption in Russia in 2023 is likely reach 1.5-1.6%.
