MOSCOW, April 28. /TASS/. The dollar exchange rate declined by 4.25 kopecks from Thursday’s close, selling at 81.29 rubles on the Moscow Exchange as the trade opened on Friday.

The euro lost 0.75 kopecks, reaching 89.71 rubles.

In turn, the yuan rate remained practically unchanged at 11.707 rubles (+0.2 kopecks).
