MOSCOW, December 10. /TASS/. Russian forces hit four Ukrainian brigades and combat vehicles in the southern Donetsk area, with Ukraine’s losses amounting up to 80 soldiers, the Russian defense ministry said.
"In the southern Donetsk area, units of the Russian Battlegroup East, backed by artillery, hit the manpower and vehicles of the Ukrainian army’s 79th assault and 58th motorized infantry brigades, as well as the 102nd and 128th brigades of territorial defense near the settlements of Novomikhailovka, Novodonetskoyr, Nikolskoye, and Staromayorskoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Chervonoye in the Zaporozhye Region," it said.
According to the ministry, Ukraine lost up to 80 soldiers and two cars. Apart from that, Russian forces destroyed Ukrainian Akatsiya and Gvozdika self-propelled artillery units.
Russian forces repel three attacks by Ukrainian assault groups in Kharkov Region
Russian forces repelled three attack by Ukrainian assault brigades in the Kharkov Region in the Kupyansk area during the day, the Russian defense ministry said.
"In the Kupyansk area, units of the Battlegroup West, army aviation and artillery repelled three attacks by assault groups of the Ukrainian army’s 57th motorized infantry brigades near the settlement of Sinkovka in the Kharkov Region. The enemy lost up to 30 soldiers, two cars, a counterbattery radar station, and a Gvozdika self-propelled artillery unit," it said.
Russian forces repel Ukraine’s attack in Zaporozhye Region
Russian forces repelled an attack by a Ukrainian assault group in the Zaporozhye Region, with Ukraine’s lasses amounting up to 50 troops, the Russian defense ministry said.
"In the Zaporozhye area, Russian army units and artillery repelled an attack by an assault group of Ukraine’s 117th mechanized brigade north of the settlement of Novoprokopovkka in the Zaporozhye Region. Ukraine;s losses amounted up to 50 soldiers and a car," it said.

Ukraine’s daily losses in the Donetsk area amounted up to 300 soldiers, the Russian defense ministry said.
"In the Donetsk area, units of the Russian Battlegroup South, supported by artillery and heavy flamethrowers during the day repelled eight attacks by assault groups of the Ukrainian 112th territorial defense brigade, as well as 24th mechanized. 79th and 93rd assault brigade of the Ukrainian army near the settlements of Kleshcheyevka, Kirovo, Mayinka, and Pobeda in the Donetsk People’s Republic. Apart from that, Russian forces hit area of the deployment of Ukrainian troops near the settlements of Artemovskoye, Krasnoye, Kleshcheyevka, Andreyevka, Kurdyumovks, and Mayinka in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The enemy’s overall losses in this area amounted up to 300 troops, an armored combat vehicle, and three cars," the ministry said.
Apart from that, Russian artillery destroyed two D-20 guns, an Akatsiya self-propelled artillery system, and two D-30 howitzers, it added.
