MOSCOW, April 24. /ITAR-TASS/. Actions of Kiev government towards the people living in southeastern regions of Ukraine are a crime against own people, MP Oleh Tsaryov, who is running for presidency in the May 25 election, said Thursday in an interview with the Rossiya 24 channel.
