ISTANBUL, June 8. /TASS/. Tehran believes that problems between Russia and the West should be resolved through dialogue, Iran’s acting foreign minister, Ali Bagheri Kani, told CNN Türk.

"We do not think that war is a solution. We favor a political dialogue between Russia and the West," he said, commenting on Russian-Western tensions against the backdrop of the conflict in Ukraine.
