Gaza Strip receives zero fuel since escalation began, Gaza Interior Ministry says

The official stressed that there was "a need for rapid fuel deliveries to the Gaza Strip and the cessation of Israel's criminal actions"

RABAT, October 31. /TASS/. Not a single drop of fuel has reached the Gaza Strip since the situation escalated on October 7, a Gaza Interior Ministry official told the Qatari Al Jazeera TV channel.

"Not a single drop of fuel has reached the Gaza Strip for 25 days. We are facing a major catastrophe because fuel is not reaching the Gaza Strip," the official said.

He added that there was "a need for rapid fuel deliveries to the Gaza Strip and the cessation of Israel's criminal actions."

Earlier, humanitarian organizations reported that fuel shortages had left dozens of hospitals and medical centers unable to function in the Gaza Strip, which had been subjected to intense shelling by the Israeli army for more than three weeks.
