Eight trucks carrying aid for Palestinians enter Gaza through Rafah crossing — TV

CAIRO, October 25. /TASS/. The fourth convoy with humanitarian aid for the population of the Gaza Strip, consisting of eight trucks, has crossed the Rafah border crossing on the Egyptian border with the enclave, the Al-Qahera al-Ekhbariya TV channel reported.

According to it, the aid has been unloaded on the Palestinian side of the crossing. It is expected that the goods will soon be sent to the Gaza Strip.

Early in the morning, a convoy of 20 trucks entered the territory of the Palestinian enclave. Earlier, Raed Abdel Nasser, Secretary General of the Egyptian Red Crescent North Sinai Branch, said that a total of 55 trucks carrying humanitarian aid have entered the Gaza Strip through the Rafah border crossing, not including today's trucks. He said that the shipments are being transported in coordination with the Palestinian Red Cross Society.
