Rockets that were to launch EU satellites will be used for partner countries — Roscosmos

There are about 10 rockets that have become available, the Roscosmos chief said

MOSCOW, March 24. /TASS/. The rockets that were originally intended to launch European satellites into orbit will be instead used to launch satellites of companies from Russia and partner countries, Roscosmos Director General Dmitry Rogozin said.

"These rockets will be used to ensure the launch of spacecraft of private companies, as well as our friends from partner countries that would also like to make use of our launch capabilities," he said in an interview with CCTV-13.

There are about 10 rockets that have become available, the Roscosmos chief said.
