Moscow to raise issue of terror attacks against Russia involving London at UNSC — MFA

On Saturday, Sevastopol came under the largest drone attack by the Ukrainian armed forces since the start of the special military operation

MOSCOW, October 29. /TASS/. Moscow will draw attention to the terrorist attacks in the Black and Baltic Seas, in which London was involved, on international platforms, including the United Nations Security Council, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told TASS on Saturday.

"Russia intends to draw the attention of the world community, including at the UN Security Council, to the series of terrorist attacks against the Russian Federation in the Black and Baltic Seas, including the UK’s involvement in them," the diplomat said.

On Saturday, Sevastopol came under the largest drone attack by the Ukrainian armed forces since the start of the special military operation. As Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev said, the Black Sea Fleet repelled the drone attack in Sevastopol Bay. He added that the Ukrainian armed forces were targeting military facilities of the Black Sea Fleet.

The Russian Defense Ministry said that the ships, which were attacked, were used to provide security of the grain corridor, as part of the international initiative on exports of agricultural goods from Ukrainian ports. The ministry said that the terrorist attack on Sevastopol and the training of the military personnel of 73rd Marine Special Operations Center were carried out under supervision of British specialists, who were stationed in the city of Ochakov, Nikolayev Region. As the Defense Ministry pointed out, representatives of that unit of the British Navy were involved in the explosions on the Nord Stream 1 and 2 gas pipelines.
