MOSCOW, April 17. /TASS/. Delegations of Russia and Qatar have signed a range of documents following talks held today in the Kremlin.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani attended the ceremony.
The papers signed include a deal to expand the joint investment platform between the two countries, totaling approximately €2 billion, with €1 billion coming from each side.
Besides, they adopted a memorandum of understanding on the development of public finance management systems and an agreement on cooperation in the field of health care, medical education and medical science. The Sports Ministries also signed a memorandum of understanding.
