"What has Russia and our special military operation got to do with it (global economic problems - TASS)? They have nothing to do with it. True, we must recognize that it was the impetus for the growth of these problems, but the root of the problems is not here. The root of the problems lies in their (Western - TASS) mistakes, mistakes of economic policy, which they have repeated again and again over the decades, usually based on some opportunistic domestic considerations," Putin said.
