Putin says there are no problems with return of children to relatives in Ukraine

The head of state called the story of the alleged abduction of children by Russia in Ukraine "inflated"

ST PETERSBURG, July 30. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that there are no problems with the return of children to relatives in Ukraine.

"There are cases when a family broke up, some family problems, one relative lives in Ukraine. Here we have a specific case - the mother and her child lived in Russia, the mother died, the father remained in Ukraine, the child is alone. Of course, we are ready to give the child to the father. No problem. This is a made-up story [with the alleged kidnapping of children by Russia]," he told reporters on Saturday.
