MOSCOW, March 23. /TASS/. Russia would like to see the United States a strong and smart country rather than a final refuge for those afflicted with dementia, Deputy Head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev wrote on Telegram.
"While the US establishment wants Russia to collapse, Russia wants to see the United States a strong and smart country rather than a final refuge for those who are gradually slipping into senility," he pointed out.
Medvedev also stressed that Moscow would like the US to be "a responsible state performing all the functions of a super power, a state that seeks to solve its numerous domestic problems instead of undermining the development of other countries."
"All this is possible unless you believe that the US president’s name is Volodymyr Zelensky and keep asking your aides if the correct spelling is Iraq or Iran," the deputy chief of the Russian Security Council noted with irony.
