MOSCOW, April 5. /TASS/. Russia’s government has signed an agreement of intent on development of equipment for oil and gas processing with Gazprom Neft, Tatneft and Lukoil, the cabinet said in a statement.
The document was signed following a meeting of the coordination council on import substitution of oil and gas equipment headed by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak and Deputy Prime Minister, Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov.
Following the meeting a memorandum of cooperation between Gazprom Neft and Lukoil was also signed, and the Russian government signed an agreement of intent with Gazprom Shelfproject on development of equipment for offshore drilling and production.
Participants of the coordination council discussed efforts to ensure uninterrupted activities of production of Russia’s oil and gas and petrochemical sectors, import substitution of equipment for the fuel and energy complex, as well as the development of LNG production and equipment for offshore drilling and production, the cabinet said.
