No nationalization in Russian economy — Putin

Such work of prosecutors is justified in cases when assets were acquired in circumvention of or contrary to the law and, furthermore, are used to the detriment of the country, the head of state noted

MOSCOW, March 26. /TASS/. Russia is not going to make a large-scale transfer of plants into the government property, President Vladimir Putin said at the Board meeting of the Office of General Prosecutor.

"One more important point. I mean the work of the Office of General Prosecutor on return of a number of large plants and properties to the state property. I would like to specify the position outright: no de-privatization, no nationalization is and can be the case in point," Putin stressed.

Such work of prosecutors is justified in cases when assets were acquired in circumvention of or contrary to the law and, furthermore, are used to the detriment of the country, the head of state noted.
